Delivery

Free standard delivery on all orders over R1,500 within South Africa. Orders under R1,500: R95 standard / R150 express. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days nationally.

International shipping is available to most countries. Rates are calculated at checkout. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy on all items in original, unworn condition with original packaging. To initiate a return, email returns@ikonyk.co.za with your order number. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges: If you need a different size, contact us within 30 days. We’ll guide you through the exchange process.
